With the first week of the new year coming to a close, I feel like I read or see more often than not that people create fitness goals for themselves. I too have fallen victim of this way too many times– I cannot even count how many times I’ve started something and stopped and then tried the next thing. Anyway, point being, unless you’re super diligent you’ve probably done a great job but eventually have fallen off the wagon.
So like in years past, I too am setting a goal. I don’t know exactly how I’ll get there, but I do know that for me personally- I want to be able to make better choices regarding my body– like what I do with it, what I put into it and how it makes me feel. I want to FEEL good in 2019– physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually.
With that being said, I’ve latched on to good friend and fitness, nutrition coach AND a lifestyle sustainability guru Ashun Wren Willams to help keep me on track. She is a local mom who has done her homework. She’s able to run a successful business, a
So starting tomorrow– A little bit of a delay as I just can’t be on track or start while the kids are off for winter break, we’re diving in. I’ve meal prepped for the next 4 days– breakfast, lunches & dinners. My favorite mediation app is loaded- my favorite is the Insight Timer and I’ve got my youtube queued up to some of my favorite at home workouts.
SO– here goes nothing and here’s for accountability.
